Wen replacing the rear discs on glanza do u have to fit new bearings?? Can the hub and bearing be fitted to new discs??

You could probably use the old bearings, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you've recently replaced the rear wheel bearings already. The rear brake discs shouldn't need replacing again in a hurry and neither should the rear bearings, so I would suggest replacing both the discs and the bearings at the same time and then you won't need to worry about having to visit the same job again in the near future.
