Revving problem

Hello its about my 4efte ep82 i have some issue if someone can help me..

if you have hesitation, what temperature was the engine, cold or warm,

coolant sensor ( green ) on thermostat housing can cause hesitation, as can the TPS,
bad condition ignition system can also cause this, plugs, leads, ignitor.

Hello my car is revving up to 8000 rpm and i don't know what cause this problem

Is the throttle stuck open ? Can you decrease the revving using the throttle under the bonnet ?

Have you any fault codes ?

I was trying to say that my rev limiter was supposed to limit at 7200 revs but after the rebuild the rev limiter just dissappeard
