Rich at idle issues

Guys, normally how big is the fuel return line on your GT or glanza? mine looks really small around 3mm internal diameter, and i was thinking this is why i'm having some difficulties to adjust the fpr.

Btw, i'm still using the fuel tank i used with my 2E carburetor engine.

Are u sure it fpr is piped up correctly buddy ? Is it going up once u remove the vac line ok ?

Yeah, i have connected everything as per the diagram on the tomei manual... The rerurn line connects onto the nipple under the fpr, and the fuel rail feeds trough the nipple onto the side of the fpr, and then the guage goes into the other port facing te front end of the car... If i unplug te vac line, te idle goes up, and the reading moves a few psi higher.
