Its just always dead busy! and dirty! and they all stare at you LMAO!

with arches, best of phoning and booking in - speak to alan to, memory like a fish as he speaks/sees that many different people, but he knows what hes on about.

You could also try mike at wheelquick too, they supply pem tyres with all there wheels  not sure if he does arch rolling or not.

simpler solution.....

GET COILOVERS :p  :haha:

I think it would stil do it with the coilovers. Bens caught every now and then (extremley rare) and his have been rolled and had d2's on!

Plus i'm not sure if Ryan would appreciate the coilovers on the way to and from school everyday LOL

Plus that OHLINS suspension feels awesome i'm wanting to pop them on the back. And i wont be able to run r888's if i dont get the arch rolled.

i agree.

when i bought my black oneit had rsr springs on the back, with uprated monza shocks.

and to be fair it only rubbed slightly on majour bumps, and this was without a pan hard rod.

with my coilovers, it only rubs when the car is fully laden with people and go over harsh bumps.

Sorry but i don't think coilovers is the only solution, as you just stated your car stil rubs :p

Mine doesnt rub much at all (as it is now) but i dont want it to rub at all, and i also won't be able to run the r888's as the arches are at the moment.

lol

your right its not the only solution.

and i said my car only rubs on harsh bumps when fully loaded, in fact the only time it has ever rubbed was when i had 3 work mates in the back and they were all a good 15stone lol

Hey Kelly Zoe's car has tein coilovers and Dom loves it they're really soft actually even on the hard setting! (Compared to my D2's) I would just get the arches rolled and leave it at that if the paint craks just use some rust cure and touch them up they'll be solid enough.

I didn't think the GT arches even had a lip?

If you do roll the arches it's a good idea to heat the paint slightly where you are rolling, it'll help prevent the paint cracking and flaking off under stress.

Rolling the arches should never involve an angle grinder really, ideally the lip should be tapped up to seal with the inner skin.

Yeah exactly that Luke otherwise you end up painting the rear quater panel! The rear has a metal lip which can be a pain when fitting bigger rims with chunky semi slicks for example although ideally it's better to strecth the tires to reduce the side wall, like our example with the 888's.

Toby any idea on how much it would be to post it to us?

My friend at bodyshop will be doing it so i guess its in the right place if the paint cracks :-s

Courier would be £11.95 + VAT delivered next day as I have to get it collected from Kev's, did our arches with it you see. As long as it's not broken/lost and returned when done then that's fine just assure us that as it cost well over a ton :)

Thanks,

Are you confident thats its easy for someone to use who hasn't used one of these before? Even my bodyshop guy hasn't ever used one.
