I just hope, if they do bring a new model out, its an evolution of the EP past. Worst nightmare would be another 'Pulsar'.

That Lexus LF-SA just brought my tea up, that's disgusting!

Some kind of Toyota version of the Eco-bollocks stuff other companies bring out these days.

Or an electric hybrid thing which does 0-60 in a decade.

I hope I'm wrong on that.....

The Toyota Auris hybrid has a good idea with a leccy motor and 1.2 turbocharged engine. They should design a more performance orientated one and put it in a new upto date EP. Please Mr. T?!

TBH if they released a gt turbo completely unchanged from the original I'd have one bought tomorrow.

I work in vw and the technology just annoys me.

Well you say that, but that's exactly what spawned the Starlet GT, Charade GTti and all the other small engined turbocharged vehicles of the late 80s / early 90s. There's a market gap for small engined, turbocharged and lightweight hatchbacks.

The Ford 1.0 Ecoboost is a good and light engine (it does hold the road legal Nurburgring lap record - they modified it to 200bhp and placed it in a road legal Formula Ford). It's basically a CB80 Daihatsu engine but almost 30 years behind the time, no more advanced.

Honda are set to release a 1.0 VTEC turbo (130ps) - how cool? There are 1.6 and 2.0 variants of the same engine. I'm sure others will follow suit.

It seems engineering is heading back to the 80s, but weight just keeps on increasing. Giving one thing in one hand, taking something else from another! :(

A new sports car that will replace the GT86, their value is going to up then.

Superhero themed city car, cue Black Widow, Silver Surfer and a green one called Hulk. As long as they dont go with Thing I think that could work out ok.

I would bet the new minor is going to be some sort of hybrid abortion with fuck all power for sure.
