No pics just load tracks in a boxes I'll see can get pics off the trucks and cars . He got a cheap set from smyths like 40 euro one just to get hom starting till he's older maybe get a better one as broke one remote by dropping it but in fairness flimsy remote.
I gave away all my loose classic track i got a while ago apart from the barriers lol. 2 big blue IKEA bags, the half of it didn't work and the sport track is much easier to put together and take down :)

Hello all - just joined - Jees we've boxes of that stuff here, all old and a mix of some sport. Had a 400 set when I was a young lad, so bought some when my son came along. Now I think there's over 100 cars in boxes, minis/porsches/bms and escorts etc. Next plan is to cnc out on 10x4' 20mm mdf sheets, and join a few together. 5mm copper slug tape along the slot lines sorts power. All can be taken apart and folded up. Loads of room here for that plan, so in time, watch this space!

Blow moulding and even 3d printing is becoming quite the thing, thingyverse is a great site for all sorts of oddments too.

Yea that's way over my head all that lol, I've a couple of mates can do 3d printed stuff in there sleep lol
Just looking at your pictures again and that's the way I'm planning on doing my raised sections, what thickness do you find works for inclines.
Mine will eventually be on a 10x6 board foldaway in the garage, managed to get some of the side track clips but not too sure how to fix the raised sections so it all stays put when being stored :)

We've more cars up in the shed somewhere also, m3s and jeeps. Mostly old school ones as I had same when I was a lad. Used to nip wee bits off the tv aerial copper core to make braids, my folks couldn't figure why the tv eventually stopped working after a while. Programmes kept getting shorter :p

I'll take a snap of some of the others laters, he's built 12 bmx's in his time too, from Burners, Puch, GT, working on a genuine Schwinn from 1969. Busy cub indeed!

Well that's the KITT vs Time Machine nrand new track set up :)
No barriers with it tho at all, they are all 1s I had. It's a Fail from Scalextric from me not to include even basic barriers. Leads are very short too.
Never had the KITT or Time Machine out tho after watching Danielle's dodgy driving so it will be used as a drift track for my 2 Subaru drift cars :) the silver 1 goes out for fun but the orange 1 is harder to get going.
Also I bought it cheap new as box was damaged, when I lifted the track out for the 1st last night all the straights where slightly buckled and the X over too but was an easy fix with some light pressure in my hands.

The digital ignition set arrived yesterday :) looks in excellent condition as described so will set it up later, it's just a big square layout but for 60quid I have more track and a digital conversion for the big track ;)
