Hi all,
We are in the middle of uplifting the site significantly. The first step in this is upgrading the actual forum software. We have purchased the latest version of the forum software and hope to begin the installation process this weekend.
Things to note:
-You may experience some downtime. We will carry out as much of the work as possible in the early hours to minimize impact to the majority of members.
-Once the forum upgrade is complete some components and tweaks which have been implemented on the site over the past few years will undoubtedly malfunction, this is to be expected when conducting a major upgrade. We will address each one of these as quickly as we can. We anticipate issues with the members garage and chatroom functions.
-This upgrade will allow us to publish some exciting features we have been working on behind the scenes for some time now. These features will be rolled out once the forum is stable again.
-Once we believe the forum is stable we will ask for your feedback on any issues you come across.
Thanks for bearing with us while we carry out this work, it will make the forum more secure and continue to move our community along
