Some hit my car :(

I was driving out of a car park tonight and some one drove head on into me I stopped but he did not and went head on my car got a smashed windscreen and a broken indicator, head light and fog light and washer bottle where as his golf mk4 got all air bags go off windscreen smash, wheel ripp off the hub and wing an bumper cave right in I was shocked to see the glanza have no real damage and pretty impressed but still gutted

Sorry to hear mate, rape him for insurance if it was his fault which by the sounds it was, at least its no too bad and was in a car park going pretty slow

He keeps blaming me and got all his mates down about 9 of them getting lairy tbh his car is a write off so he has to deal with that now its never possible to be my fault since I had stopped he can't understand if I was moving my car would of crumbled plus his drop link was not attached so his car was not safe

Make sure u tell insurance about his drop link and also u were stopped dead they should be able to tell the way the car is that he has hit you

Sorry to hear mate but If it was in a car park you might be screwed for the insurance, if you were not moving its his foult but you have to prove it!

Most car parks have CCTV, see if you can get a copy from your local council, sorry to here about that mate, but hopefully things will go in your favour.

SOrry to hear about it mate. Have you got any pics of the car? After the accident the best thing you can do is take as many pictures as you can, which can prove whose fault it was!

mine was litteraly the indecator the fog light the headlight brackets and washer bottle hardy noticible but his car was a wreck

sorry to hear mate,i know first hand how gutting it is seeing you pride and joy in a bad way, i hope you get it sorted and as other people have already suggested , try get some CCTV footage and youll be sorted with insurance without a doubt! suprised the golf took it so bad though, they're usualy as hard as nails
