Steering wheel boss GT turbo

Does anyone know which boss kit is the correct one for a GT turbo ep82? Need it to cancel airbag light and still be able to use the horn. Thanks!

play on words by the looks of it, no airbag can be "canceled" with just a hub.

They likely mean replace the whole wheel with example, a momo, outright, + a resistor Mod after the fact

ep82 shouldnt...have an airbag at all... Unless its some sorta Odd Non JDM version?

Oh ok fair enough, I mean I think mine has an airbag? I haven't checked tbh but it's a 1994 JDM model ‍♂️

EP82 got the option for SRS airbag from 1992 onwards but I've only seen literally one or two in all my time where that box was ticked. This was an era where airbags weren't really mainstream so few would have bothered about some fancy new-fangled safety device. Hell, on the mk1's you have to actually be braking for the seatbelts to lock lol.

Contrasts heavily with the Glanza in that most EP91's had one as standard.

I've only fitted second hand steering bosses so can't really comment for sure on those links. Whoever you are buying from should be able to clarify for certain.

If you are wondering if you have one, the non-airbag steering wheels are three spoke and the SRS airbag ones are four spoke (and will have 'SRS airbag' engraved on them).

Hope that helps!
