Stock exhaust manifold

Hey gang, I know this has probably been thrown around a far bit but if I'm to keep the stock mani is it worth porting it I did try and start removing it and failed but with an extra set of hands and someone with a bit of knowledge ill get it off.

My reason for this it I kinds want keep the STD look in the bay.
