Stock internals for TD04HL build?

OK so i don't know much about the 4efte motor and what it is capable of. I have heard that the stock internals are forged, is this true? which parts are actually forged on it? For now the motor is stock but in approximately a month i will be rebuilding it to handle 15-18psi from my TD04HL. I want to be able to reach at least 250hp but i want to aim closer to 300hp if i can. Just wondering if i should look at upgrading the internals or if it will be ok with whats inside. My shopping list already includes these parts:

uprated cam belt
cruise valve springs
port and polish intake and exhaust
valve work
walbro fuel pump
greddy emanage blue
440cc injectors
upgraded gasket set

if i'm missing any necessary parts or things that would be recommended please let me know. Thanx for the help

no forged internals in 4efte's. you'l have to start adding more to that list, for the power your aiming for.

if u want to run the turbo at optimum boost level u will require forged internals..

ok so i guess ill be needing to source forged pistons and conrods... kinda sucks that i have to get it shipped here from the UK, damn Canada and it's lack of starlet parts...
