As most u know i brought a starlet yday. and it aint got any tax i ve got insurance yday for it could i get tax for it over the internet? or not because i aint got the log book yet so would the dvla send it to him and not me ?

if u have the new keepers bit then u should be able to go down to the post office tomorrow to get it to be honest never tried it over the internet when does ur tax run out??

You need your insurance certificate and the new keeper green slip take them to the PO.

tax has run ut it was sorn . i dun my insurance over the internet so if i print off the email they sent me with my policy number will that be ok or will i have to wait 4 them to send me insurance certificate

try ur luck with the email just take that MOT and new keepers and hopefully they should do it for you as long as you have proof that someone is insured on the car if that dont work get someone with traders insurance to get the tax on ur behalf all they need is to provide new keepers MOT and their insurance and PO will give the tax no problem

technicaly it has to be the insurance certificate so a print off from your computer won't count. Saying that hows the post office persona gonna know.
