There's just so much money to be made in property with prices as they are - long term, property prices are only going to go one way!

i cant remember exactly - bought it on 60k, it's now roughly 75k (had it 2years) but always serviced every 5k, never ever ran on anything but v-power, no expense spared when it comes to maintainence etc - every couple months i give it a proper clean (claybar, polish and waxed) - the price is cheap (in my opinion) because:

1. bumper could either do with a refurb or ideally a new one, £90 from toyota (stone chips etc and the bracket holding it to the wing is broken)
2. Tax is up at the end of the month (65quid for 6months)
3. MOT due end of the month (standard cat will need putting back on, included in the sale) other than that should pass easily.
4. Want a house :p plus my gf has a glanza anyway!

It's only ever used at weekends as i use the train for work and over the winter it will just be in the garage 99% of the time
