Hi Guys wondering if you could help me, Going to be ordering the TD04 kit from sacha when he moves over but I need to know what else I will need to safely run 1 bar of boost on a non foged engine, I will have so far:

D2 Coilovers
Apexi Induction Filter
HKS BOV
NGK Iridiums
MOMO Wheel
Removable wheel Boss
HKS SLD
Turbo Timer
Blitz Nur Exhaust
Apexi Boost Gauge
Greddy E-Manage Blue With Ignition and Injector Harness

and will be buying:

TD04L turbo
Stainless manifold
De-Cat downpipe with screamer pipe
Front mount intercooler With all intercooler piping
Smaller dual core radiator
Oil feed line-water fittings
Cold air intake for turbo. external

Anything else you think I will require to support this setup?

You might wanna invest in a set of Injectors, poss a fuel pump just so you know it wont let ya down, we had a quick chat at pod but get it bought mate, it will shift then!

Also id recommend purchasing the Greddy Emanage Pressure Sensor + Harness for the emanage blue as anything around 1bar or more you need it, thats what im running on mine.

u will need as jones said

uprated injectors
metal head gasket
uprated clutch kit
uprated fuel pump.....

i havent moved over yet with my store but will do so this weekend...

if u need prices in the mean while u2u me and i can sort u out in the mean time

injectors i would suggest u go with the 460cc since u have the emanage
these are 95 gbp shipped and are cleaned and flow tested
the head gasket is 65 gbp shipped

I think you must at least buy a koyo rad or other full aluminum radiator(with aluminum caps), not a stock rad from Civic.

Here's the list of what I am going to have with my k24 at 1 bar with stock internals. I think I'll be as safe as I can be ...

Oh right the Smaller dual core radiator is the one suplied with sachas kit do you not think it wil be up to the job? Also will I need a HKS actuator for the TD04 to set it up to run 1 Bar?

he has a k24 kit so didnt need sacha radiator..he bought his own ...sacha should be good enough for you.........no u will not need an hks actuator for the tdo4l turbo........it comes with its own actuator and is strong enough

I think Sacha states that actuator on kit is set at 1 bar, check it out coz I am not 100% sure.

I also think that an aluminum rad will do far better job. It will cost something more tho.
