I am selling because it's time for me to move on, i have had a lot of up's and downs with this car, and will be extremely sad to see it go, but alas it's time for me to grow up, and in the not to distant future i wont be able to afford the upkeep of this alongside my own place.

the car is not perfect, it is 17 years old after all, the spliter has a few stone chips, and there is 1 or 2 scratches around the paint work, these are absolutely nothing majour and i'm sure others who have seen the car will agree.

the wheels could do with a refurb to be back to a1 condition, i was gonna do this before the sale but have decided to ask for less money so the new owner can do if it he/she so wishes, they were done 2 years ago but not to a particuarly high standard of which i was annoyed about.

this is one of the most well looked after starlets on here with no expense spared.

has tax till january and mot till june.

car has covered only 6000 miles since rebuild, and rest of car has done around 75,000 miles.

i am the only uk owner.

car was recently on the REDLINE magazine power paddock stand @ JAPFEST 2 and had people oggling at it all day, it is a looker pictures imo dont do it justice.

it does have a map on it,

was tuned by abbey motorsport on 4th january 2010, made 240bhp@hubs @ 1.6bar boost, the map was very conservative because he wasnt sure how it would react in the summer, as it was quite cold that day, i have turned the boost down to 1.45 bar as 1.6bar is a little out of the turbo threshold, and would create knock on the very hot summer days.

the car only done 4 laps of the track @ rockingham because i cooked the brakes, so i have also put brand spanky new japmad discs and ebc redstuff pads on, these have covered only 100 miles.

also to add, the passenger side speaker grill on the dash has a hole in it, this was done in japan, and i couldnt be bothered to swap the dash.

hey josh, was good chatting to you @ japfest, the front lip is a livesports splitter.

not sure whats next might just hold on to the cash for now.

sad times but best of luck mate, is a hell of a GT was drooling over it at fest2 and i agree pics dont do it justice, its a stunner. the peserverance with this car and the no expence spared approch is what drove me on to do the same with my V, its a total bargin at that price. i hope the new owner takes at least half as much care with it as you have.
