TGTT Track day Llandow Circuit

hey all i was down with Rory, i was supposed to be bringing my s13 but lack of motivation and money killed that idea, but now im a bit gutted as it was a really well organised and smooth running event (thanks sam, but also llandow and anyone else helping). Thank you all for being a friendly old bunch especially stiggywelder and twin (will email you soon ant) and the Irish but id love to know who that wee fat ba**ard Jon was that fitted that oil sump on the smoky starlet was ;)

Good crack lads and ill join Rory for a ireland trip at some point but im bringing the 13:)

Hope to see you all again soon

cant belive i missed this in the end i would put my name down for next years but think i will be over in cyprus with the 2nd battalion by then :( is there not a earlyier one?

I am sorry if I missed poeple out was to busy trying to get pics of every one :(

Ian I seem to have lots of footage of your car so I have put it all together for you when I get home tonight I will post if for you :)

I will do better at the next track day I promise :)

Stu you car looks and sounds ace!! I think the green wheels are a nice touch!

the crx turbo seems by the videos someone has posted up .......it shit all over the starlet/glanza,,,,are any of these running over 200 bhp even looked very slow,,alot of people said it ..........

that crx was quick - remember its not always how quick the car is round track - its the driver.
Watch nick jones vid's that was the 2nd quickest (bhp wise) but quickest on track - but nicks a top driver.
youll see some of the "slower cars" ie pete - steetech and the lad in the black colt, seemed to be very hard to overtake as through corners, they held alot of speed.

The CRX is quick, and did surprise alot of people there.
But my brother knows how to drive it in anger and around circuits. ;)

As Dan pointed out though, its not all about power.
