Hi all,

I have a 96 Toyota starlet ep91, with a 4efe engine and looking to tune it up a bit, I am looking to change the intake manifold to a corolla (the tubular one) one and putting a cold air intake on it. was looking to know if it would cause any problems and what air intake to use.

you wont gain much apart from a bit of noise from the filter. even the exhaust on the ep91 is pretty decent.

if you really must modify it, then fit a filter setup that doesnt get too much engine bay heat, fit a manifold and exhaust and you will have a couple more HP and a lot more noise.
