Thanks Jay, will check everything when I disconnect the box from the engine, engine is out of the car so it's very easy to work on

hey so here is my clutch release bearing and the fork, took out today. Definitely need to clean the fork and the box with brake cleaner. Looks okay tho. Also how do I know if the bearing is bad when it's out? I was hearing noises before when the clutch was not in, I know it was the bearing but now that it's out, how can I tell if its bad or not?

Av used many clutches from stuck to upgrade wer the clutch bearing have failed, stick to genuine clutch bearing.

I would always replace everything once the gearbox is out unless you don't mind the work or just replaced the clutch etc.
Did mine last year with a genuine exedy one no problem ever since just a very light pedal feel(last one was really worn out) which still incorporated the noticeable feedback of engagement.

I checked, I have the Type 2 one from Jay's link. Also I grabbed it and shook it around, I can hear a rattle sound in it.

And this is what my oem parts dealer have in store;
