First of all I would like to say a BIG thank you to Garry Goodall, REV (aka John) and Matt for their help with my project!

To do that the way I've done it you would need:

51mm 45mm ID 90 Degree Elbow Reducer SILICONE HOSE (for CT9b) can be bought here

1 metre long flexible hose like this The kit is truly amazing and heat resistant - it would include the clips as well!

Air Filter - K&N Racing Air Filter - Model RU-5005 - which has a small size and provides 420 CFM (standard Glanza Air Filter has 330 CFM) and it's also has 1 Million Miles warranty! It would provide enough air flow up to 209 BHP.

The air filter can be bought at www.potn.co.uk for £43.49 including VAT, you would have to contact them and order it - sales@potn.com

Extra clips - size 47-55 mm, and size 65-70mm for the Air Filter.

You would also need a Coupler 63mm Outside Diameter to fit inside the airfilter and inside the flexible hose - because the Air Filter ID is 64MM and Flexible Hose ID is 63MM I didn't buy the coupler as I had some spare bits of my intercooler piping which fitted just fine!

Tools needed

Screw Drivers -), Drill - to drill the metal, ratchet set

Extra Info:

The bumper has to be removed for the installation of the flexible hose and drilling a hole in the metal bit between the AC Condenser and the Driver''s headlight, I also had to relocate the Optional horn (5 min job) next to the passenger's side Headlight!

You might need to cut a bit of a silicone elbow about 1-2 inches (the 51mm side) because it's too close to the radiator, however I have a double thickness radiator so those who has a standard one might not experience this problem!

Be careful with the air filter keep it in the plastic bag [until it's actually installed in place only then take the cover off] as it has been pre oiled! When drilling a hole be careful not to damage the wires.

Overall - this is the best mod on the Glanza I've experienced, even with a standard turbo/boost and the standard intercooler the BHP gain was noticeable, I've also experienced better MPG!

Please feel free to ask any questions if you have any! Also a rep. would be great, of course if you found it useful.
