Urgent: Not Getting Full Boost

Hi, well my cars been runnign sweet for a while now up until today when i am suppose to be drag racing on sunday, sods law im soo pissed off and ive only got tomorrow to sort it, it was running fine this morning then tonight it was fucked

The problem being im not getting full boost, im only gettin 5psi instead of 15psi - i am also getting 2 turbo lights coming on. Only thing i have done today is meshed the front bumper and removed the rear seats.

My spec list is:
Autobahn888 Front Mount Intercooler
HKS Actuator running 1bar
FSE Fuel Pressure Regulator
HKS FCD
HKS Air filter @ front bumper
Greddy Type RS BOV
Aircon Removed
Full Custom S/S Exhaust system
CAP Paddle Clutch
NGK spark plugs (heat range 7)
Decatted
R-Spec Manual Boost Controller
Pillar Pod
Autometer Boost Guage

like i said it was fine this morning when i was running some errand on the way home the rain came down real heavy and then when i went out in in tonight i was only getting 5psi :(

Hey mate have you checked for air leaks? all your intercooler pipes as well? also check the gauge is getting correct vacuum and not getting trapped anywhere.Hope all gets sorted and let us know how you get on at the strip..

Sounds like boost leak to me. As above, check all your hosing, something my have worked loose. Hope it gets sorted for the 1/4 mile! Good luck.

sorted it,turns out the actuator bolts had come out so it was just flopping about, i have no idea how that has happened coz i remember tightening them up when i fitted it :S

anyways should be ok for 1/4 mile tommoro ill let ya know how i get on :)
