valve springs base presure question

There is not a big choice on uprated springs, speedvision or cruise are the main 2. I think a spring that will keep the valve shut at 1.8 bar should keep up with those revs. You could always put the pressure on the valve using air from a compressor and see if it opens it or not, not to hard to make a blanking blate for the inlet port and attach a line onto that.
i used cruise before but i recon it was too stiff and worn a cam (cruise also) i can get springs of 55lbs and dual springs with special retaines of 73lbs
but i'm afraid to choose wrong ones and mess up the cams again even thought thei are hardened this time
or should i just stick with the cruise springs
any one have the seat presure for standart 4efte springs and cruise ones?
also what is everyone using thats running high boost
