Not sure but all i know is it's bore size would be 75mm.. usuaaly this is the choice of some honda d-series engine for boosting and also low cost..

apart from the pison width we also need to know the piston height, and final deck hieght.. just because
it may be good on some honda's doesnt mean it will work well on the 4e..

Some general information

1. Code of piston/engine is G16b..Found in the Suzuki Vitara SOHC model and also the Suzuki Esteem(96-00)

2. They are 75mm(standard) and you use Civic rings for 75 mm pistons

3. They mate w/o any machining to any D series Rod or any D series aftermarket rods(Eagle,Crower etc..)

4. They have a Floating pin design VS. the press fit pin style of OEM pistons

Hello. Apologies for the lifting of the old topic) I am from Russia. We use pistons G16A. It is a good alternative to forged. 5e + GTX3076 travels 402 meters at 11.8 on these pistons. 4e + HKS2510 12.0. Still sometimes we use pistons of engines 1 and 2. This is when we want to save money yet)) We could go faster, but we do not have any professional drag strip) Apologies for Google translator)))

For Vitara \ Swift pistons only need to bore a hole rod finger on 19mm. 1NZ pistons easier - need only be treated under the head piston rod. I did this by using the rasp)) Stosk rods I have worked on 1.8 bar with 1NZ piston, until I installed the firing angle of 30 degrees))) I have four-wheel drive, transmission from Toyota Carib, car Starlet ep85. Turbo - china gt2860. Best time 12.5 sec. Turbo it small...

I use a steel gasket from 5efe. How much CR will be 2NZ pistons?

We do not have E85 (We use the gasoline from the gas station) High CR - strong knock at high boost.

By the way Suzuki pistons, suitable for our motors are of two kinds. One with a small hole, the other with a more profound.

I was referring to the depth of the recess in the piston. Or I do not understand the question ... where the piston pin 18 mm? Pistons 18 mm NZ. Suzuki 19mm. Bad English...

The NZ has 18mm pin. MDCat is talking about the piston dish. It is 4.2mm deep and 6mm deep and compression height is 28.3mm(way worse than forged 10cc pistons)
4E piston compression height is 30mm

Is it possible to install 2NZ pistons forged connecting rods? My rods are now bored to suit 19mm pin. What are bronze bushings for 18mm? Or do custom?
