Drove to Masca before lunch, what a beautiful wee place right up in the mountains, 1st inhabitants in 1700 and something i think.
spent half an hour driving about Torviscas area where we stay as I know it well to get used to a LHD car, Drove LHD trucks for 18 years so soon felt comfortable enough to venture out into the madness lol
Roads quiet because Sunday but I'm glad we went early, the last 5KM to Masca is a mad mad narrow hill road with tons of blind switch backs, bends and twists, look it up on Google maps for a laugh Folks lol talk about getting in at the deep end

Just landed in Shity Northern Ireland
Get in, fridge broken, washing machine won't open ffs
This generation coming through will fuck the place up, 2 cunts with a levels in the house and a computer nerd couldn't work out the fridge switch on the wall had been knocked off, Normally has a big bright red light and didn't think to Google the code on the washing machine, look at it later, bedtime now, had enough stupid for today and not even 3 hours into it

Out for a smashing Black Angus Burger last night and a rake off Heineken
Checked out at 11 this morning so sat in a wee coffee shop for 5 hours then jumped on the train to the airport
home for half 9 My impressions of Amsterdam,
Yea I enjoyed it even tho the weather was absolutely shite, walked near 20 mile last few days lol and all on the flat, never seen 1 Hill, just bridges over canals.
Red light district is quite big and we spent a few hours just walking round ot smoking away and taking it all in lol, Blue light windows don't even look at them, that's where the chick's with dicks literally hang out loool, 1 came out the window and started trying to talk to us, we made off sharpish Both It and Danielle laughing at Me
Beautiful City and Beautiful scenery and some amazing buildings, very industrial feeling still and loads of old cargo barges about that have been done up and converted to houses.
They love there bikes, thousands of them, everywhere you looked there was 100 bikes moving at any 1 time, allsorts of ages and strange looking contraptions, seen 2 Boys with like a small skip on a 4 wheeled electric thing go past us, about 10 minutes later they passed again with 8 kids in each, school run apparently a local explained to us lol
The City could have been cleaner for the amount of council vans and sweepers about
Homelessness and Bin hoking seem popular too, passed many an industrial bin and just seen feet poking out, they gather up all the plastic bottles and recycle them and get a few euros at it to survive, some absolutely Monged out messes staggering about the place too on fuck knows what kinda Drugs
The Festival of light was class to see all the different sculptures and stuff along the canals, done a few museum tours too, some where shit and some just plain weird lol.
Very tourist trappy with prices for food in the City, we found a lovely wee Italian that was empty enough everytime we passed, Owner was saying all the gimmicky restaurants just rip the piss outa the public, had a good yarn with Him over dinner and he gave us a free Drink each too
There's a place that does chips with 20 different sauces and the que was always mental for it and all the instagrammer wankstains taking videos and pictures of a fucking fancy chip ffs what's the world coming too lmfao
We walked past it early 1 day and was quiet so decided to get some, I had a small with salt n vinegar and Danielle the same with Curry sauce, 14 fucking euros and yeah the chips where nice but certainly fuck all to wank about ?
