For sale: WEPR Td04L kit + some other bits, see below
Item Condition: used, could do with a bit of a clean, but perfect working order.
Price and price conditions: €1600, now €1500, now €1200 (approx. £1000)
Extra Info: Complete kit, Manifold, Turbo, Downpipe, WEPR Exhaust, FMIC kit, aluminium large capactiy civic rad+mounts, high flow FAL fan, oil lines, water lines, HKS dumpvalve, APEXI power intake,
all thats needed is a few gaskets+washers(see below), and your own choice of fueling mods.
good points;
-HKS dumpvalve
-WEPR annihilator exhuast, 2.5" turbo-back to suit ep91, only sold to suit e82. great sounding exhaust
-WEPR evolution manifold
-braced downpipe
-increased capacity aluminium civic radiator
-higher flowing FAL fan, sealed around side of radiator so all air has to flow through rad(higher efficiency aswell as higher flowing)
-turbo intake to suit apexi power intake to mount below-behind bumper. taking in cold air
-actuator bracket already made up and mounted
a new WEPR td04 kit costs €1700 and the exhaust costs €410.
so thats €2110, and doesnt include the dumpvalve, uprated fan or intake, which cost another few hundred.
bits needed off the top of my head
-downpipe to exhaust gasket
-2 gaskets that join exhaust
some thick gasket paper from motor factors or ebay will do the trick, even cereal boxes
-2 new seals(toyota) to attach oil feed to block
-2 rubber hangers to hold the centre section of the exhaust up, i used 2 back box hangers from toyota.
bad points
-could do with a clean
-some of the flexi section in the exhaust has met some stones so some strands have torn, still in perfect working order though
-on removing the kit, the first nut that holds the downpipe to exhaust rounded off. i removed the kit without undoing the downpipe, but have loosened and retighting the other 4 to make sure they arnt a problem. this nut is a subaru part, 1 of 2 subaru nuts on the kit, they are different thread.
-a few nuts and bolts could do with replacing, a trip to the local hardware and a couple euro should sort that
-theres some damage on the apexi filter, some mesh has torn, still filters air fine though. the elements are about €50 new.
-the brackets to hold rad and intercooler on have some old weld on them, just need a grinding down before rewelding onto next car.
