what turbo for forged 4e and clutch??

As above lads it will be a few months but I think I'm going to forge an engine.
What turbo would be best for near 300bhp. I seen a lot about td04 what one is best for minimal lag fun to drive and for drag also looking for a clutch to run the same power if anyone has any advice on where or what to buy?

Go for CAP clutch, its the one for mr2 but fits fine. Its rated to 280ft lbs
