found that with an added fuse onto not sure what it is but its hot... and keeps getting stuck onto the front speaker, since touching it sometimes i hear a long beep noise so guessing it could be a bypass for old immobiliser?

If not sure can always fone toyota and give the part number on it and they might tell you what it is mate

Sorry, I didn't even take any notice of the numbers on it. Going by the part number, its part of the efi system. Most likely the fuel pump relay

i see. any idea why a set of wires has been put on with a spare fuse?

That is comanly done to frig the fuel system if you have a relay go down elsewhere in the system or wire brakeage ect put a multi meter on both sets of wires and check for a supply then from original wires check for continunity between that and pump
