Is it me or does majority of the starlet owners now days have absolutely no fucking clue what they're going on about all I see on Facebook is idiots talking about figures and they're poor knowledge of starlets and turbos etc. It's painful to watch it really is..

Ain't that the truth, strange that even though it's broken and busted we still have a look. I got wrapped up in reading manifold threads last week!

Yup, I have spent so many days, weeks, months on here. The no chav, no bullshit crack was gold.
It's kind of romantically nostalgic the way the old ship is aging with time.

Not been on in a while and sad to see the lack of posts . Like most posters on this thread have had a few cars since the starlet days but still find myself pulled towards them now and again ... As in every couple of months or so will have a look and see what's for sale . Might still be tempted back one day. Still got a N/A starlet in the family . Bought a 1998 one on eBay for my daughters 18th birthday and she is now almost 24. Just passed another MOT ... So might turn in to a little project . Anyway , loads of names I remember from a few years back .. Rory ... You and your brother still going to Crail ? My starlet history for those that don't know me ... First one was a 1993 and stayed stock until written off , next up was a 96 glanza , sold to a girl in Liverpool who got it in some jap magazine with a few minor mods, then came a 1996 paseo with ep82 conversion. Sadly that one also written off although engine survived , then came 1993 green ep82 with a few tasteful mods running 211bhp and was sold to idrees who broke it up not long after . Think I have pics of them all somewhere ... Back again in a few months . Cheers Kev

TBH if the site was as busy as it was years back it would be a headache to manage, loving the peace and quiet on here nowadays. Means I can look stuff up in peace lol.

They sure have! Have moved house and finished 1university degree going back to do a top up year this year.

Just hoping the relacement auto box is a direct fit not sure what model it came off other than knowing it was a turbo'd starlet.
