Workshop manual 4efte /5efhe

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has a 4efte and 5efhe workshop manual for a build I am doing. I assume the 5efhe manual is the same specs as standard 5efe, perhaps the same manual. I am mainly after some specs for clearances and torque settings but a complete manual would be ideal.
I have seen Japanese ones on eBay but hopefully you guys know of a version in English.
Any help would be appreciated.
