given their age its not actually too much of a suprise, as the gt4 could have had up to 225bhp standard, and given a boost hike, would be closer to 260-280, and god knows what other mods.

I really do miss mine, apart from the fuel bills!

its a term used over on the GT4OC to describe a rapif gt4, aka a Fast.As.Fcuk.Four, abbreviated to FAFF! :D

he is a member on there! well would be if he could remember his login!

in that case yes it is if you see another vid he has on there the car has been up around the 170mph mark!
and thats without the emanage setup properly!

so he is hoping for a FAFF by the time its ready to be stripped down re-painted lightened and possibly forged!
(he wants to see if he can get it faster than his brothers rs cosworth monte carlo)

has the gearing been touched in any way?

the fastest I could ever wind mine to was 158mph as registered on a Garmin sat nav, obviously on a very long straight track! :rockon:

mine was a 225 widebody for reference, running 1 bar out of a stock ct26 with a gpA panel filter, and a mongoose turbo back.

170 is impressive all right!!!

170 was on his standard st185 box apparently the st205 box has a better mid range and higher top end i believe!

and boxes have been left standard
