hey so good news the car did start today, big relief.
I did check the wiring IGT and IGF yesterday but it was the same, wasn't firing up.
So today after searching and talking to some uk 4efte guys, one said to check if I have some sort of immobilizer... which I dont BUT I have an after market alarm system, which apparently if the battery is disconnected for a long period of time, the control box goes nuts..
Today I checked a few stuffs,
-Ground for Ignitor, and as Jay said yes it grounded when you bolt in to the firewall
-Ground for coil, same grounded when bolted
-and went and looked how to reset the alarm control box..
And code 14 was gone
and bingo car "almost" wanted to start lol.. I said almost because well, sparks were coming to spark plugs 1,2 and 3 but not 4
so used different plugs, different plug wires and it was the same..
decided to remove dizzy cap to check and to my surprise, my rotor arm fell on my hand lmao, so what happened the screws holding the rotor arm backed out and it was loose inside the cap, weird but aye screwed it back tightly and voila... car started right away
thanks Jay and Dutchie, even tho I just saw you guys replies now, it was what i did
