Yeah it was a good day thankful that it didnt rain.

Thanks to Kelly for oragnising it , It was good to meet a few more people and thanks to James for taking me out in his GT .

Sorry to hear about the engine Steve, I hope you get it sorted.


Did anybody see the orange Honda NSX with decals all over it, it was on the track at about 10:30am, he went home the same way as me and I am rather this evening.

Was a good day, even though I wasn't in my GT and the Volvo is slow as fuck. Made some money selling parts so I'm happy.

Had a poke around the Starlet stand but I can't put any names to faces - just saw Kelly and Ben's car.

Daihatsu stand was pretty small only ended up bringing the white car, I think I saw goldenvtr as I was leaving though.

Was very impressed with the Starlet bullying the Evo's on the afternoon public session, shame your car had a few niggles goldenvtr.


If I had the clutch in I would have been on the track too!

Sam was great to meet you today, thanks for wiling me to crash before I went out lol told you my car was not slow :shoot:

Was my first time on track as a driver in the Starlet and I have to say for the short time I was out there she kicked ass!!! Ok so there was a STI Scooby and an EVO that ripped it past me but I would not expect anything less…

I did not however not expect to blow away a highly modded 200sx and an extremely modded rx7!!!!! :rockon:

All in all the car did me extremely proud!! Fast does not even come in to it!! I put my foot down and she kept asking for more!! The brakes help up fantastically and they were pushed to the death!! The coilovers help me keep her on track through there corners it was out of this world

I defiantly put a few “big boys” to shame :rockon::quadgt:

I did have to come off early to her getting hot but have found out it due to a slight crack in the rad so it’s all good!! Can’t wait for the next track day

Just got back now, we had a great day was a good laugh and as everyone said good to finally meet some people ive spoke to for so long.

James sorry i didnt get a chat with you but when you went to get the IC off ben i was getting ready to go on track but was great to meet ya, and ill get a sticker to you sometime if you want one still

Dane sorry i didnt get chance for a chat much bud! next time when your on the same stand ill get a good chat with ya, met someother new guys as well great day overall.

Track time was ALOT of fun really enjoyed that made some evo's look alittle silly im sure the videos will follow :homer:

Thanks to Kelly for organising this - the stand looked great and there was a good turn out. Luckily the weather held up all day.

It was nice to meet a few of you and I'm looking forward to future meets.

Must have missed the public session in the afternoon as I only saw a couple of GT Turbo's and Glanza's on the track in the morning.

Next time perhaps we can have a banner like some of the other clubs, and maybe even a BBQ!

Japfest was ace! A very long weekend but well worth it. Got to see loads of cool Starlets Was good to meet a few people too and put some names to faces. Nick was ace on the track today! I want his car soooo much now
