it seems to be the opposite over here beaker, in NI at least.

it would look at bit odd mind, have a 25+year old in a glanza/?
but stick them in a mark1 gt or a quadlamp and it looks more acceptable.
i like both, i wouldnt own a glanza but i love gts, its not a big deal.
i also dont think anyone is really argueing that the glanza wasnt improved slightly. just that the improvements where so slight that its embarrassing to say that something that was bought a decade after the first mk1 gt had had such minor changes!
always reminds me of mk2 and mk3 golfs. no doubt the mk3 was slighty better in some way. and im sure it went through this same period of mk3 owners trying to tell themselves it was better looking LOL faster, safer etc.... 5 years down the line, the arguements stop the mk2 is an icon and the mk3 the ugly big sister that no1 cares about.
