Still in shock at the standard of this one. Never thought gold would work so well. A credit to you!

thats awsome dude,

you mentioned shot peened rods, i assume you are still using the stock rods then?

Yeah mate, they just have been strengthened etc etc.. they will be good for 300whp any more power will be pushing it!

its by far the cleanest GT i've seen around.
I sooooooo love it..
seen it on austarlet.com i guess..

btw i jst noticed the odometer...
from where did u get it mate?

Its a Haltech IQ3 dash which plugs straight into my Haltech ECU - tells you EVERYTHING you need to know! so no need for my expensive gauges - but they look cool now i guess haha

this is porn :haha:

haha thanks guys, glad ya like it.. Ill get some more pics up soon!

Yeah I was pretty fortunate that the guy who owned it previously built up 8second CRX's and had his own import parts business, so he imported all the goodies. He then got the car full sanded back, windows out, interior out etc and got the car painted in the gold, full retrim leather seats and had the engine rebuilt and then went to the UK for 4 years and the car never saw day light in the new colour.. or let alone be started..
Untill I came along, hooked up everything, engine, dash etc..new ecu, new loom put the kit on, and some wheels and got it tuned.. it may sound easy, but we had a few hurdles to cross as u would expect with a car that has just sat their for a few years.. I was lucky that he never put any oil in the engine otherwise it would be fcuked for sitting that long..
After all that, a good polish.. we are good to go!
