its the blitz twin solenoid SBC boost controller. i think some places list them as the spec R.
theres a pic in the for sale thread. this isnt the cheaper one which is for lower boost, this can handle up to 2.5 bar with it having the better duel solenoid.
ive had a few of these on different cars and there great bits of kit.
