The actuator is set to .5 of a bar so its not that...And the boost controller was grand in my other starlet...Could the diaphram be damaged in actuator???

Well lads hoping somebody can help. I fitted a duel pipe decat,meshed the turbo inlet ,jam fcd,stainless exhaust,blitz sbc id and hks actuator problem is the car is boosting 1.5 bar.Put the standard actuator back on and it wont boost past .5. Is my hks one done in??? Thanks mark

The boost controller is to fit any car atall.... Obviously the power fcs are different to each car but a boost controller would fit any car

Well no the belt being to tight wouldnt put much affect on in the crank would snap if it was tight enough to try stop the crank..An other thing because you had the aircon connected would have more drag on your vaccum and removing it would up ur vaccum but again i dont think it would to the stage...

Did the vibrating stop after you loosened the belt???? Well removing the aircon would put less drag on the engine (thats why we remove it) Allows the crank to spin more freely obviously not a great deal but a bit there for by the crank moving more freer your turbo will boost quicker you should...
