i hear what ur saying guys, he sounded genuine when i was talking to him and think he just didnt realise it was faulty. However, instead of getting defensive and accusing me of being a scammer, he should offer some sort of refund. Cheers dan for the advise, will give it a zap with a welder...

yeah, i asked him to wrap it coz originally a proper delivery company was going to collect it for me but it was to large, so got some1 i knew to get it. the guy sounded genuine and had no reason to doubt him. I did wonder why the seller didnt want to send it himself when he was offering...

yeah i guess, even though every1 knows a baffle doesnt break up in transit. The exhaust was all packed up so wasnt checked unfortunately. Suppose we live n learn! Just stuck with a system thats no good to me and £155 down!:(
