Both ep 91's on N reg, both abs cars but the one without looks like it's never had one. Both seem to handle okay, no real difference in hamdling. I'll see about getting a pic

Is the pan hard rod not the one that goes between the axle and the body? The one I mean is the one inside the U of the axle

I've just had a looked under the rear of my starlet and noticed that running the length of the axle in the centre is a round bar. Anybody know what it is? :confused:

How do you remove the speed sensor from the gearbox casting?

It could be a head gasket fault if there's no blockages in the system.

Is the thermostat operating as its should? if it is Try flushing the system using a hose to see if there is any blockages. If its not those then it could be more serious.

The water pump is belt driven and doesn't have a fuse. The only water pump fuse is for the window washers.

The yellow one reminds me of a Suzuki baleno...

I'm in need of a new clutch so I bought one used from ebay, now I've got the item it seems the clutch disc that's been removed is about 212mm, so I'm wondering what size the disc should be as the new one is about 200mm? :confused: Forgot to add the car is a 96 glanza v

How do the pistons break? I assume your clamp the rods and press the pin leaving piston loose?

When removing the gudgeon pin does the rod need to be heated and the pin pressed out? And once out are they re-useable
