I had this problem, once it started i never sorted it no matter what i tried. Happened using an exedy organic & a spec 4 paddle. 3 gearboxes, new gear cables, new slave cyl. Only think i didnt swap was the master cylinder.

The only interior trims i have are pictured in the 1st post. If any of them are of use let me know

I had this problem over & over on my old gt! Changed boxes, clutches, flywheel, everything with no luck. Would go 2-500 miles & either all gears would be a pain or more of the time just 1st & 2nd. And like you say if you blip the throttle as you change down it was almost perfect. Sorry i cant be...
