struggerling to get in to 1st and 2nd gear

Sorry to butt in here I no longer have a Glanza but all that is described above is the exact symptoms I had with my gearbox and my car had low mileage of 60,000.

It selected gears perfectly until I had the blitz active clutch fitted. If you are not aware it comes with a flywheel and is complete kit like the Orc clutch kits

It was fitted by specialists.

It was then inspected by 2 different specialists.

No one could explain it or find the fault.


Im still following ep's and would really like to know what could be causing this.

I had this problem over & over on my old gt! Changed boxes, clutches, flywheel, everything with no luck. Would go 2-500 miles & either all gears would be a pain or more of the time just 1st & 2nd. And like you say if you blip the throttle as you change down it was almost perfect. Sorry i cant be much help but i hope you get it sorted buddy, used to piss me off bigtime

Got this problem too as I mentioned in another thread here.
So have anyone got this problem with stock clutch and flywheel? Problem seems to exist after installing a aftermarket clutch and light flywheel, so quite sure the problem is related to clutch-flywheel combo or do you disagree?
