Haha :haha: no mate the wiring is correct and double checked.. The problem started after i got the car back from the tuner to fix some mechanical issues!!!
One thought i have is there any chance of an igniter overheat during the daylight and maybe that would be the cause ??

If you are talking about 340 hp at the fly i think a TD05 will hardly do your job with a proper tune ... But if you are talking for 340 whp id stick with what gorganl2000 said ... Its very hard and will need a very well built setup including very good bolt ons and even coil on plug and a full...
5efhe cams i think will be the cheaper solution and here we have them on another 5E Glanza outputing 360whp on massive 2.3 bar on a Gt3076R.... On that engine we noticed slight bog at hign Rpms but the car has a very large powerband ...

I am interested in finding the Compressor map of IHI VF30 turbo and get some explanations about it so i can see where the turbo is efficient and know at what boost is the limits.
I currently boost it at 1.55 bar and overboost it to 1.8 bar for some Rpm's...

The box is the standard from a glanza turbo!!! Downshifting from 3rd to 2nd doesn't make any problem!!! :/

On a friend's EP85 we used Athena gasket twice!!! Nothing went wrong with the gasket we boost the car up to 2.5 bar along with 70 shot of wet nitrous and there wasn't any problem !!!! I was afraid like you when he told me to try Athena gasket for my build!!! Give it a try in my opinion!!!!! :)
I currently have a Athena 1.2mm HG for about 10000 km on a forged engine running 1.6bar of boost and luckily didn't had any problems!!!! I also tested Zep racing and Cruise gaskets they are very good options but far more expensive from Athena!!! I find this gasket very good for its money!!!
We also saw that spot and it is meant to be fixed very soon!!! What you would recomend for a 20-25 whp gain at 5100-6100 RPM.. ???? because the feel you get from the car is after 6100 RPM and i think this is a very small power band for drag racing!!! :/
