When the engine is running it is like 1900rpm so that is about 1000 to much(on the cluster). Used a 4efte engine loom and a 2ee dashboard loom. On the old cluster the rpm is displayed normal. What's going wrong

Hello guys, my name is mike and i have a n/a ep8 busy swapping it with a 4efte:) Im also swapping a gt turbo cluster mk2 in it. Now i have some problems with the rpm gauge. When i switch the ignition switch without starting, the rpm gauge says 1000rpm:( really cant finf the problem. Please help...
