I had my ep82 on the rollers running 0.8 bar on the standard ct9. Made 180 bhp but only around 130 at the wheels. is this normal? clutch and box seem tight as. i just want to gain more whp!

Last week i got my first ep82. i am very happy with car, however yesterday i put my foot down and after i changed gear with the revs building again the car just held back. it was like the fuel had been cut. It's been mapped @1 bar with a hks super afr unit. Any idears or do i just buy a f.c.d.
