rear ones are easy to do you remove the usual stuff like disc calliper etc. then they should just come out, you'll need to fit new braces/runners (using a hammer & punch or flat screw driver to the old ones out) you will get them with the kit along with a new seal & some grease, but you dont need a press for the rears

normally just lever it out with a flat head screw driver main thing you gotta be carefull with is tapping in the new bearing braces/runners, its not hard just take your time as you dont want to damage them, use the old ones as a template to knock the new ones in position
