i forged my bottom end about 1600 miles ago and the tappets are still quite loud, is there something iv missed out as its pissing me off now. When i start it from cold its loud but does go quiet when warm, however if you give it some slight revs its quite tappety. i need help on this as...

iv recently just forged my glanza, but now when its cold and you start it, its got a loud tapping/rattling noise, then when its warm its not so loud, but when you give it a little bit of throttle you can hear it again. i think its top end but what is it??

iv just changed head gaskets and need to know what the best way of getting the bottom pully off so i can adjust the cambelt tensioner. Or do i not need to remove the bottom pully to adjust the cambelt tensioner?? cheers
