Hi my car was revin at like 200rpm and cuttin out and nt setin of properly so I took the idle controle valve of and cleaned it. Now the car woulnt start at all any ideas please

rite wondering if u can help please some times wen i go to my car it runns fine and sometimes it coffs and farts at like 100rpm but if u drive it like that works fine over 2k do u think i need to clean the idle valve (i think its called) on the top left hand of the engein with the 2 screws ?
