14 March Enniskillen Drag racing!

I had a good day on Sunday, times were down but still enjoyed it. My best was a 13.6, but must have did about 8 x 1.9 second 60fts, best was a 1.93. Think thats good for an unprepped track.

My boost was down at 1.2 bar so I was losing out at the end, but thats only temporary. There was a lot of fast cars in our class, we didnt stand a chance even if we had of been running our best times, its a thing that needs to be discussed with the organisers.

Great day for AnimalGT, he said for a long time he would get into the 12`s and did it today. Good to see the GT`s dominating that class, I dont care whos it is as long as the Hondas are behind lol.

Roll on 4th April, I hopefully will have a better set up and get a new personal best, at least it makes you feel all the work is worth it!!

yes was a great day out . the starlets did it for class 3 seems animalgt ran a 12.7 for his last run very good time for a fwd starlet .i think putting john and ted up in the class is a bit to much to ask mybe the fellas can sort it out who run the drag racing

looks like a close race.

It should have been, I'm launching in of the line in second gear, you can see my first change up to 3rd I slow right down of the power, I tried to play catch up with the nitrous in 4th, but ran out of track.

Interesting comment right at the end though, I ran the faster time, I just dunno what that time was! Was my best run of the day.

He might have, the time slip looks suspicious, it says I crossed the line at 104mph and I was on the limiter in 4th gear, which is around 118mph on my setup.

Plus listen to what the comentator says rigth at the end.

The commentator said neither car did their fastest run of the day in the final, and that Spuddys time was slightly quicker but Animals reaction time was better so he crossed the line first.

Thats what its about in the head to heads, first across with no red light.

Hope I get a chance to do it some day lol.

There wasn't much at the top end, i pulled back alot of ground in 4th. It's possible to run a slower time and still win.

Novembers final I ran a 13.3 and Maxwell ran a 13.1, I got the the finish line first though.
