yup! If you use say, a 1" PCD adaptor, you'll only have 6mm less strut clearance (there's loads spare!), and the wheel will extend outwards about 44mm more than stock, you can perhaps get away with rolling the arches for that - I have a pair of +7 offset wheels on the car, and it works fine, no rubbing at all! Well...it did when they were on the rear, and only on one side! But with the spacer, it'd be an essential +19 offset wheel :)

I just mailed the seller to see if would ship to UK?

I'll look for something for you - I want to get some too, but to 4x114.3, as none of the nice wheels are 4x100...all high offset wheels :(
