is there anything more do to that 1,8-2bar boost will be safe?

Set up now:

Ross 74,5mm low comp. pistons
Pauter rods
cruise 1,2mm head gasket
speedvision valve springs
new toyota head bolts
460cc speedvision inj.
e-manage ultimate with pres. sens. and all harness
greddy head range 7 spark plugs
ultra blue ignition leads
blitz sbc i-color spec3 boos controller
power enterprice timing belt

what is the weak point on this set up at this boost?

stock bolts, bad news.

what you really need most of all , is a good ecu tuner.

and the emanage is meant for light tuning only. if you want to run boost that high, buy a good standalone ecu.

Depending on your comp ratio the stock bolts will do fine at 1.8bar and possibly 2 bar. As has been said, there lots of people on here running high boost on stock bolts

Yes there are newly released ARP bolts (at long last) but these will come into their own with a higher compression build. I assume this is a 4E build? If its a 5E you would need a thicker HG for head bolts safety.

I would agree on going for heat 8 plugs.

Emanage Ultimate will do grand if you have a good mapper.

U gotta hate difference of opinions lol!
