For sale: toyota supra NA 6 speed

Item Condition: in very good condition

Price and price conditions: £4950 ono

Extra Info: I have owned this car for over a year now. she is moted to feb next year and i will put 6 months tax on her for the buyer! car is in good condition there is a few bits here and there could do with paint but im very fussy... car pulls very well.. all work carryed out on the car has been buy ssi.. she has the 6 speed box witch is very gd its worth £2500 on its own.. im in no rush to sell... sec list below

were bouts are you buddy?? if your in england the best part off 200 quid will get you a car home :) im only 10 mins from the airport and both ports... im sure i can arrange picking you up ect ect

iave been in this car and its totally mint inside and out real good car. p.s i actualy think hes got ocd hes that fussy lol

as i say that some paintwork could do with gettin dun its only front spliter and a rear spat but not to noticable!

just wanna change as i cant afford to drop a tt engine into her anymore so im gonna leave the car scene for a we while just to sort bills out ect ect then ill likely get another glanza :)

yea andy is real fussy! he had to point out the wee tiny bits to me and at that theer hardly even noticeable! this car is a full mint box and i dont eevn think i have ever even seen this car with any dirt on it :O:O completly agree with scott andy has ocd haha whoeevr gets this car is a very lucky person!

i'm all the way in Leeds, West Yorkshire
However i've been looking at prices and yours is a bit on the expensive side (if it was more around the maximum £4000 mark then that would have been much more ideal) If you look at pistonheads you'll see that some nice ones have gone for less than £4000 plus i've seen a couple of auto twin turbo go for around the £4000 mark too.

However i've been looking at prices and yours is a bit on the expensive side (if it was more around the maximum £4000 mark then that would have been much more ideal) If you look at pistonheads you'll see that some nice ones have gone for less than £4000 plus i've seen a couple of auto twin turbo go for around the £4000 mark too.

ok lad!! well to be fare the only other na 6 speed on pistonheads atm is goin for 7000 or somethin daft allthough it dos have less miles!! I could pull the gearbox out off her and sell for £2500 then buy a 5 speed box for 300 quid, stick it in and sell the car for 4200 again lol

And to be honest the twin turbos that are goin for £4000 are abit on the rough side and there autos :(, get yourself onto the supra forums buddy and have a look about, start askin a few questions ect ect there are loads off clean ones for sale like :)

its true to say that the 6 speed gearbox supras for more than the 5 speed ones, what the main difference apart from slightly better mpg on motorway journeys?

i've joined the supra forum and been on it for quite a few months now, there have been a couple of v nice ones that have sold on there but nothing at moment apart from an auto one in white (but i don't want auto)

well the 6 speed box will handle alot more power and is altoghter the better box.. there is alot off high power supras i mean 1000bhp running the standard 6 speed.. im not sure wat power the 5 speed box will take but dont think its much over the bpu limit (400 bhp). And i know wat you mean about the auto box i know i wouldnt have one about me but there classed to be a very very good auto box in the supra..

just keep an eye out as there comin up for sale all the time or if you can strech your budget abit get in contact with jergan about inporting one..

so would you say the 6 speed gearboxs are solid i.e. they won't ever need replacing or rebuilding.

When you state Jurgen, is he the guy from the Supra owner club site as he tends to sell a few cars on the classifieids, on the expensive side though as my limit is around the £3800 mark.

As far as i know mate i havent heard off many boys needin to replace 6 speed boxes i may be wrong!!

but as i say yea its jergan off the site he imports class cars but tbh the budget you have there will be no point in importing one as it will buy a dog off a car!! When i was first lookin a supra i was gonna get one imported but was no chance with my budget allso!!

£3800 will get you a very clean 5 speed or auto pre facelift mate there are some very tidy cars around for that money also.. but good luck with your buying mate and if you need a hand give me a shout :)
