I don't know if one is blured as they are scaled down. just telling you in case one would be
the second one has my vote too. you could have choosen a better background senary ! (in fact the First one has a bit better background)

Yeah the second does have a better background

I don't have a license though so can't drive the car to a good location. These are taken at the bottom of my street

that one has a better background. as it is focused on one theme only. it would have look even better with building only (no tree & perspective behind the tree). the background is here to help focus on the car. not the oposite

on the second one, the camera angle is more interesting, the car looks better than other pics. but the background is a mess

Use photoshop to mess with the background some how taking the cars out and stuff
